I am dismayed a large, flat vintage dish was shipped a long distance inside a box with very little space for an adequate amount of the cardboard packing material that was used to pack it. The heavy dish was wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap, and sat on the bottom of the shallow box. I understand shipping is expensive, but when there's inadequate protective space and/or packing material, and an item is broken in transit, it is the buyer who is disappointed.
